Quarry screen mesh for vibrating screen is mainly to sifted some exact substances we want with correct sizes. such as in the quarry, to suit the machines equipment, we studied and produced series of high carbon steel quarry woven screen mesh such as hook type, flat type, diamond self cleaning screen mesh, anti clogging screen mesh. high carbon steel overlooks vibrating woven mesh mainly use the 65Mn or high tensile steel wire etc, which is wear-resisting.

In the pre-crimping process, the wire is first formed (crimped) in precision machines using rotary dies that precisely define the spacing of the wires. This insures that the wires are locked firmly together at the intersections. The pre-crimped wires are then assembled in custom designed screen assembly machines (looms).

 

When the open area is important, extra crimps between the intersections provide a more rigid weave and provide locking and tightness for light wires in relation to the large openings.

 

Due to the crimping process, the mesh have very accurate and consistent openings and are woven after crimping. It is typically preferred for vibrating screens and many other applications where sizing is critical.

Crimped wire mesh with hook features:

Different layers with different density. To arrange these layers reasonably and exactly, the screening effect will become more and better. Screen with different mesh counts with suitable opening sizes of the backing plate. Doing so, our products will obtain the largest effective area under the condition of enough strength.

The bottom layer with low mesh counts has coarse wire and can be tight bonded to the backing to make up one block. So the strength of whole screen mesh get up and the useful life is increased.

The mesh, divided into many independent small units by grids of the backing plate, can prevent rigs of tears from spreading overmuch. Accessory prepared rubber stoppers can be used to repair damages. By doing so, the operator can cut down the stop time and reduce the cost.

How Many Side Edge Types are Available from Tec-Sieve?
As a rule, in terms of quarries or mining industry, woven wire space cloth screens are provided with side edge hooks or edge treatments for tensioning purposes.
Unless otherwise specified, hooked side edges for heavy and medium duty space cloths are about 30mm long (from the inside of the bend to the end of the hook) and at a 45-60º degree angle from the face of the space cloth.


Note:
The above side edge hook types are suitable for most stationary Inclined
and horizontal space cloth screens.
